Our telehealth sessions are not about “fixing” you, but rather working together, side by side, to untangle the mental clutter, honor your past, and build a path forward—on your terms, and at your pace. As a registered psychologist, I offer a safe, collaborative, and respectful space to explore, understand, and address the barriers that are keeping you “stuck”. My practice is grounded in evidence-based frameworks, meaning the tools we use are backed by scientific research to create lasting psychological change. Depending on your goals, we will draw from modalities such as: Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, or Internal Family Systems.

At this current time, we are only able to offer telehealth therapy. We can connect over video (recommended) or phone - whatever you are more comfortable with. All you need is a device (such as a laptop, iPad or smartphone) with a working microphone and speaker, a stable internet connection and a safe, quiet space.

Online therapy, often known as telehealth, is therapy provided through video calls or phone services. Anyone who wants to receive online therapy simply needs access to a communication device (such as a laptop, iPad or smartphone with a working microphone and speaker) and a reliable phone or internet connection. To maintain privacy and ease of communication, most online therapy sessions will need you to move to a quiet location within your area. Video calling with a therapist means enjoying the benefits of in person therapy whilst staying in the comfort of your own home, eliminating the need for travel.
-
If video calls aren’t your thing, appointments can also be over the phone. Video sessions are highly recommended, but we go with what you are most comfortable with.

Yes, research shows that online therapy is just as effective as in person therapy. It also makes getting help easier by removing common barriers like travel, work schedules, or childcare. You can talk to your psychologist from the comfort of your home, your car, or wherever you feel safe. We also offer appointment afterhours allowing therapy accessible to all.

Yes. If you have a mental health care plan from your GP, Medicare covers up to 10 sessions per calendar year with a psychologist.
-
No referral is needed if you wish to book appointments as a private client. If you would like to claim the Medicare rebate, you will need to visit your GP before our first session to secure a mental health treatment plan.
-
A standard session has fee of $220 per 50-minute consultation. If you have received a valid mental health treatment plan you are eligible to claim a Medicare rebate of $98.95.
-
You will receive a reminder 48 hours prior to the appointment. Because your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, late cancellations make it difficult to offer that space to another person. Therefore, cancellations made within 24 hours’ or less will incur a fee (50% of the session price).
-
Psychological therapy is not reserved for moments of severe crisis. Many are highly capable people who simply feel “stuck” in patterns or simply have trouble resolving their inner conflict. If you feel you are “just getting by” consider this dedicated space to explore, heal and reclaim yourself.
