Therapy shouldn’t feel intimidating
Our telehealth sessions are not about “fixing” you, but rather working together, side by side, to untangle the mental clutter, honor your past, and build a path forward—on your terms, and at your pace.
What to expect
Taking the first step can feel daunting, but our time together will always move at a speed that feels comfortable for you. There are no expectations for you to have everything figured out before you arrive.
Here is what our process looks like:
A Gentle Beginning
Our initial session is a dedicated space for us to get to know each other. Together, and at your pace, we explore your circumstances or past experiences that are feeling heavy. There is never any pressure to dive into deep trauma until you feel completely ready.
Mapping Your Goals
The approach will always be personalised to you and what you need. We begin to understand the inner conflicts or patterns that are keeping you stuck and collaboratively decide which evidence-based framework fits your natural style and goals.
Practical Insight & Tools
In each session, we balance deep, compassionate exploration with practical strategies. The aim is to develop a clearer understanding of your internal landscape, along with actionable tools to increase your capacity to manage each day across differing situations.
Integration & Momentum
As we progress, the focus is to help you become empowered, in control, and making your own choices. We consistently review your journey, ensuring you are moving forward toward true mental clarity—entirely on your terms, and at your pace.
Who is my therapist?
As a registered psychologist, I offer a safe, collaborative, and respectful online space to explore, understand, and address the barriers that are keeping you “stuck”. My practice is grounded in evidence-based frameworks, meaning the tools we use are backed by scientific research to create lasting psychological change.
Depending on your goals, we will draw from modalities such as:
Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy
